ANDRES VALDIVIESO

Originally from Colombia, Andres joined OneWorld Properties in 2017. He began his real estate career in 2001 as a sales associate for an international brokerage firm based in Colombia before moving to Miami. His notable performance in selling out the vast majority of inventory and his development of strategic alliances between South and North America led him to work for Fortune International Group beginning in 2003, where he was recognized as a top producer for three consecutive years. When South Florida's economy took a downturn, Andres headed to Houston where he served as the International Sales Director for Latin America and the East Coast for a local development firm. He led a team of seasoned sales associates and international brokers, and coached them on how to effectively manage the expectations of the Latin American client to produce more sales while supplying quality client service and attention. In 2012, Andres moved to New York where he was responsible for the exclusive sales for Trump Soho, a luxury condo hotel in the city's Soho area. Selling more than $25 million for the project, he was once again named a top-producing executive in the region. He was asked to serve as a client relations associate responsible for the Latin American investor market. Despite Andres's incredible success in New York, the heavy travel his role required kept him away from his family for much of the year, and he yearned for a position that allowed him to spend more time with them. Andres returned to Miami, where he was offered the opportunity to manage the sales for MUSE Sunny Isles through ISG World® He was educated at the Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia. Andres enjoys spending quiet time with his family and riding high-speed motorcycles as a hobby.
